Elizabeth’s goal is to create a session tailored to your mind, body and spirit. After two decades in the film industry, Elizabeth was inspired to become a Certified Massage Therapist when she experienced healing through massage and meditation. Elizabeth has trained at several of the Bay Area’s top massage schools. She is experienced in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Shiatsu and Acupressure massage. Elizabeth’s healing touch helps others reach a deep blissful relaxation. She combines her knowledge in Eastern & Western modalities to release tension and restore the body’s natural healing abilities.
